Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry
• Must be a legal resident of the United States
• Employees and immediate family members of Millionaire Maker Sweepstakes are not eligible
• Void where prohibited by law

Drawing & Winner Selection

• Drawing will occur when 1,000,000 paid entries have been received
• 15 winners will be selected via random drawing
• Winners will be drawn in order: Grand Prize first, then 2nd place, 3rd place, etc.
• Drawing will be conducted by an independent third party
• Winners will be notified within 48 hours via phone and email
• Winners must respond within 14 days to claim prize

Prize Details

• Grand Prize: $1,000,000 (One Million Dollars USD)
• 2nd Place: $100,000
• 3rd Place: $50,000
• 4th Place: $25,000
• 5th - 8th Place: $10,000 each (4 winners)
• 9th - 15th Place: $5,000 each (7 winners)
• Total Prize Pool: $1,260,000 distributed to 15 winners
• Prizes will be paid as a lump sum or annuity (winner's choice, Grand Prize only)
• Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes
